Building a new home on our property at Lake George has special meaning for us. It’s hard to believe that it has been 13 years since you tackled the job of renovating my then recent purchase of a nearly 100 year old run down camp. Your redesign, reconstruction and timely completion of this project with me being 1400 miles away was a project I’ll always remember. It became time to sell.This property during the past year after thirteen years of part time usage and once again quality workmanship and attention to detail was evident during the closing process. I have been through several house transactions on both the buying and selling, but this was the first time that an independent inspector for the buyer had no issues to negotiate. During the final walk through inspection the buyer’s agent reinforced to the buyer that Cifone Construction was known for their quality workmanship once she knew who had accomplished the remodel.
